INFO & HOW TO BOOK CUSTOM BAKED ORDERS

INFO, TERMS & FAQS FOR BAKED & EDIBLE GOODS

This is for pre booked custom orders.
These terms & conditions do not cover the online store
or next day deliveries.


  • We are primarily a nut free kitchen, but it is your responsibility, as the customer, to inform us of any other food allergies we need to be careful of.
  • Bookings can be made via phone, text, email or FB messenger.
  • Once the details of the order have been sorted, you will receive an invoice via email.
  • Orders are to be paid for, via bank payment or PayPal, as instructed on the invoice.
  • All bookings for baked & edible goods, require a 60% deposit. THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (sorry for shouting)
  • I understand that things can happen and sometimes parties need to be canceled, but the deposit covers the cost of the work that has already been carried out, items purchased and the booking spot that has been occupied.
  • The owing 40% is to be paid at least 10 days before the due date.
  • All baked & edible goods must be paid for, in full, before due date.
  • If you are picking up your order, the pick up address will be sent via text, once full payment has been received.
  • Each customer has a 15min window to pick up their order.
  • Please treat this as any other appointment. A call or text is much appreciated if you will be late.
  • If you are going to be super duper late, another time may have to be allocated to you. This is due to deliveries for other customers, that are already booked in.
  • If you are having your order delivered, you will receive a text once your order is on its way to you.
  • If an order is cancelled 5 days or less, before the due date, you forfeit the full amount
  • If a cake or edible goods have been finished and your party has been canceled, the order still must be paid for and taken by 
  • Postponing a booking is totally fine and incurs no extra cost. But, you must contact us at least 5 days before the due date. 
  • Enquiring about an order does not a booking make.
  • Bookings are only a sure thing,once the deposit has been paid.
  • Once an edible creation has left our hands or placed safely in your vehicle,it then becomes your responsibility.   I can not be held accountable for reckless driving or for orders that have been put in the fridge, or sat in the sun. Some of the orders can be delicate, so careful driving is advised
  • Orders are always best transported on the lap of a careful passenger. If you are driving solo, the best place for your order, is on the floor in the front passenger side. It is nice and level down there. But, if you have a nice level boot, this is also a good place for your order.


  • Fondant cakes & cupcakes are like Mogwais.
    You must not get them wet. (Be careful of rain)
    You must not put them in direct sunlight. (Melting or discolouration may occur)
    Do not feed after midnight. So, do NOT let them in the fridge. (Condensation from refrigeration will result in a melty mess)

INFO & HOW TO BOOK BALLOON ORDERS

INFO, TERMS & FAQS FOR HELIUM BALLOONS ORDERS

This is for pre booked helium balloons.
These terms & conditions do not cover the online store or next day deliveries.


  • If an order is canceled after the balloons have been filled, you forfeit 100% of the payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • I understand that things happen and sometimes parties need to be canceled, but if the order has already been filled, it needs to be paid for and picked up.
  • An order can be canceled, but you must do so, 48hrs before the due date.
  • There is a cancelation fee of 20%, NO EXCEPTIONS! This covers the cost of the booking spot that has been occupied and payment of delivery driver cancelation, if delivery has been booked. Self-employed drivers are booked for deliveries, so they need to be compensated.
  • The remaining 80% will be returned to you via the payment method you made the purchased with.
  • If a balloon order required a large number of balloons to be ordered from the supplier, or a speciality balloon was ordered in, this will also be deducted, along with the 20% cancelation fee. The balloons then become yours and will need to be picked up. The balloons of course, will not be filled, but will be empty and in the packaging they arrived in.
  • If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice and your order has not been filled, you can postpone.Postponing an order incurs no extra cost, but the credit must be used within 6 months of the original orders, due date.
  • Balloon orders between 1- 40 balloons, start getting filled 1.5 hrs before pick up.
  • Balloon orders between 50 - 100 balloons, start getting filled 2.5 hrs before pick up.
  • Standard 12" latex balloons have a life of 8-10hrs, depending on temperature/weather. Please keep this in mind when booking your balloons, especially in Summer.
  • BALLOONS MUST NOT BE KEPT IN THE BAGS YOU RECEIVE THEM IN, FOR ANY LONGER THAN AN HOUR. THIS WILL SHORTEN THEIR LIFE AND IN SOME CASES, UN-ALIVE THEM
  • Balloons needed to last longer than 8-10hrs will require the use of Hifloat, which incurs an additional cost.  Hifloat is a substance used to prolong the life of the latex balloon to, 2-3 days, depending on temperature. 
  • Enquiring about a balloon order does not a booking make.
  • Bookings are only a sure thing, once payment has been made.
  • Once balloons have left our hands or placed safely in your care,they then become your responsibility.   We can not be held accountable for rough handling of balloons, or if balloons have been left in the bags too long and are unable to breathe, resulting in popping and sad balloons.

ONLINE SHOP INFO & FAQS

This is for online shop purchases only.
These terms & conditions do not cover custom cake, cupcake, edible goods or balloon orders that have been booked & paid for via bank, through email invoices.



  • What if I want to cancel my online order?

There are no next day cancelations. 

96hrs (4 days) notice is required for all Christmas orders, purchased via the online shop.

72hrs (3 days) notice is required for all non Christmas cupcakes purchased via the online shop.

48hrs (2 days) notice for all non Christmas balloons purchased via the online shop.

Cancelation requests must be submitted via text to 0438 888 365 ASAP 

and you must quote your Name and order number​.

  • Is there a cancelation fee?

*If you cancel with less than 96hrs notice for any Christmas goods purchased via the online Christmas shop, a cancelation fee of 50% will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions!

*If you cancel with less than 72hrs notice for non Christmas items purchased via the online shop,

a cancelation fee of 30% will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions!

*If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice for non Christmas balloons purchased via the online shop,

a cancelation fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions!

We understand that things can happen and orders might need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, but we can not be held accountable for this and cancelation fees will need to be paid.

  • Can I postpone my order?

If you need to cancel your order with 

*less than 72hrs for all Christmas goods, 

*less than 36hrs notice for edible goods and 

*less than 48hrs notice for balloons, you CAN postpone your order. 

This means we hold on to the amount your order came to and it can be used at a later date.

If an order is canceled with less than 24hrs notice, or has been fulfilled, you then forfeit the full amount. 

The items will still need to be delivered, as they then become yours, wether you need then or not.

  • Does postponing my order cost anything?

This will not cost you anything, but the credit must be used within 6 months of the original due date, your order was booked for.

​

  • When should we eat our cupcakes or edible goods? 

They are always best eaten on the day you receive them.

But, if you have leftovers or are not having them until the next day,they will still be good the day after, just keep them in the box they came in and don't put them in the fridge, unless otherwise instructed.

The same goes for Christmas Eve orders. They will be just fine for next day consumption on Christmas day.Just do not put them in the fridge, unless otherwise instructed.

  • Are you a nut free kitchen?

All our products are nut free, unless you request something that has almonds,walnuts, cashews or pistachios.

We 100% DO NOT work with peanuts!

  • ​How long do helium balloons last?

Regular latex balloons last between 8-10hrs and hot weather and heat shorten their life span.

18" foil balloons last a couple of days before they start to deflate.

34" Letters & Numbers can last between 1-2 weeks.

​

  • How long should my balloons stay in their bag?

Balloons should not stay in the bag for more than 1 1/2 hrs. 

Balloons need to breathe and if kept in the bag for too long, they will start to deflate and shrink.​

ONLINE SHOP DELIVERY INFO & FAQS

INFO, TERMS & FAQS FOR ONLINE SHOP DELIVERIES

  • ​What days do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesday - Sunday and 7 days a week from Dec1 -Dec 24th

​

  • How much is delivery?

Delivery is $22 around Sydney.

​

  • Can I book a specific time?

Unfortunately this is not an option, due to the number of orders going out each day.

Deliveries are done in 2hr blocks. If you choose 10am delivery time, 

it will be delivered between 8am -10am

​

  • What happens if the recipient is not around for delivery?

In the case of deliveries to business addresses, it will be left with front reception of the building,

or another worker, if it is a small business.

With residential deliveries, if no one is home to accept the delivery, the item/items will be left in the safest place possible, photographed and a pic will be sent via text to the sender. Once the delivery has been left in a safe place, it is no longer our responsibility.

  • What happens if you give us the wrong address or wrong delivery time block?

You can text us on 0438 888 365 along with your order number, if you realise you have given us the wrong address, or have chosen the wrong time block. If your order has not gone out yet and we have enough time to re-book a driver, then we can correct the address or time for you.

But if you provide us with the wrong address or time,and the items have already been delivered as per your instructions, we do not accept any responsibility for your error.

  • What happens if you give us a building address and no unit number?

If the driver turns up to the delivery address given by you and it is an apartment block with no unit number provided,the driver will phone the recipient to try and resolve. If we can not get a hold of the recipient, you will be notified straight away and will then have to arrange another delivery time at an additional cost. This is also why it is important that you give us the mobile number of the person, you are sending the order to.

  • When is the latest possible time I can order for next day delivery?

Next day delivery cut off time is 2pm Sydney EST for all next day deliveries. 

If you are trying to do a sneaky and put through an order after this time for next day delivery,

the order will unfortunately be rejected and a full refund submitted, along with an email of explanation. 

​

  • Do you deliver to schools?

Yes, we deliver to schools. But please make sure you run this by the school office first to make sure and we also call the school to double check the delivery is allowed. School deliveries are only allowed to be dropped off to the front office and never to the classroom or staff room.


  • Do you deliver to Hospitals?

Yes we do. Please call the nurses desk to obtain all the delivery info we need, to make the delivery go as smoothly as possible.

  • Where don't you deliver ?

We do not deliver to Police Stations, Airports any Government Buildings.
